When i wanted to do a full renovation and single storey extension on one of our properties, i approached a highly experienced builder i know who subsequently pointed me towards Steve Brown Construction. The highly experienced builder's words were, "Steve is the best young builder in Yorkshire and should you not be happy with his work, come back to me and i will refund you all your money". I can safely say i will never go back to the highly experienced builder for my money back because, after the full renovation and single storey extension, Steve and me went on to convert a 3bed mid-terrace into a 5bed ensuite HMO and we are looking to complete 2 new builds together within the next few months.
